How does pricing and purchasing work for organizations?
Individual courses are $199 per person, with volume pricing available for teams of 5 or more. Book a demo and we'll walk through your team's needs, confirm the next available cohort, and build a custom quote. We accept credit card, invoice, and purchase order (PO). No account setup required before you reach out.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes. We accept credit card, invoice with Net-30 terms, and purchase order (PO). We'll send whatever documentation your procurement process requires — including W-9, vendor registration forms, and service agreements.
How are staff or clients enrolled after purchase?
ForwardWorks handles LMS enrollment, account setup, and learner orientation. You'll receive a confirmation for each enrolled learner. You don't need to manage the LMS yourself.
When do cohorts run? Can we schedule a dedicated cohort?
Cohorts open quarterly. If your group is large enough, we can schedule a dedicated cohort on a timeline that fits your program. Contact us to discuss cohort scheduling options.
Can courses be customized for our organization?
